Is it possible to change my plan during a contract?

Yes, you can change plan at any time.
Simply select the day that you want your new plan to take effect. We will calculate the amount to be paid in the even that you are upgrading your plan. If payment is confirmed before the deadline, your new plan will take effect on the next business day.

There is no extra charge associated with changing your plan.
In the even that you downgrade your plan, there will be no refund.
