How can I renew my contract?

One month before the expiration of your contract we will send you an email explaining the details of renewal. At the payment deadline, after confirming payment, the renewal of your contract will be completed.

Please be aware that if the payment is not completed before the deadline, you will not be able to log onto the system after the old contract has expired.
