Using a CSV file, subscriber data registered in BLAYNMAIL can be
collectively deleted
(moved to the trash box of the management interface).
CSV batch deletion screen (Figure 1)

To choose the CSV file to upload, click the "browse" button.
Then select the CSV file the collective contents of which you want to delete. (Figure 2)

The process begins once the "delete" button in Figure 1 has been pressed.
How to use and manage CSV files (Figure 3)
Using Excel, create a CSV file listing all the subscribers you want to delete at one time.

With Excel, please make the list of data to be deleted as in Figure 3.
The only data field necessary for batch deletion is "E-mail".
When saving to file, please select "CSV (comma separate value)(*.csv)"
under "File Type" (Figure 4).

A CSV file that looks like Figure 3 can be used to perform batch deletion.
About CSV files
CSV is a simple file format where the comma symbol ( , ) is used to separate each item.
One line of data in CSV format constitutes all of the information for one subscriber.
The first row of the Excel file contains the titles of each data field. Please input the
registration data
from the second row, using one row for each subscriber and matching
the information with the column (date field) title. Again, the only information necessary
to perform a batch deletion is the subscriber email addresses.

Editing a CSV file with Notepad (Figure 6)
Since CSV files are general text files, they can be opened and edited with many software
applications such as Windows Notepad, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access etc.
