BLAYNMAIL provides a user-friendly cancellation form for people who want to cancel their
subscription to your email list.
After canceling their subscription with this form, their status on the system will change to
"delivery stop". They will not receive any emails until
their status is changed back to "delivering".
There are 2 ways that subscribers can access the cancellation form:
- Place a link in your website to the cancellation form hosted by the BLAYNMAIL server.
- Add the cancellation form's HTML code into your website, providing direct access.
Both methods are simple and neither require any special knowledge or skills. Making
this form available via either of these methods will considerably reduce your own
management workload.
- In order to complete the cancellation form a subscriber need only enter their email address.
- No further email will be delivered to them once their subscription is cancelled.
