In this screen, you can choose which of the 19 stock data fields you would like to be included in the Registration Form which your subscribers will fill out.
Feel free to check the "Use" box to include data which you want to collect, while leaving unnecessary ones unchecked.
Checking "Require" designates that field as required information which MUST be filled out by subscribers in order to successfully submit the Registration Form. Data fields which are 'used' but not 'required' will appear on the subscription form as information that can be included or excluded, according to preference.
