blaynmail is very easy to use whoever from beginner to people who just switching email service. 7-day trial is available to check prior to use.

According to regulations by each provider, sometime the email delivery will be difficult. Please notice the following point when you deliver emails.

(1) To send large size data repeatedly.
(2)To descript prohibited URL in the email.
(3) To deliver with error mail more than 5% of total addresses.

Delivery number is unlimited. However, it is prohibited to change different list for each delivery. Maximum number of registered address will be decided depends on your plan.

There is no limit on the number delivered to the address registered.
However, by replacing the list available for distribution by our completely different Youwill be banned.

In the blaynmail, advertising will not be in the email/registration form. Also readers will not know that you use blaynmail to set up sender’s address.

You can use original domain for "Registration form URL”, ”Blank email address”, ”Click rate URL” . Original domain might help to give a good impression to readers.

We accept inquiries by email and Our specialist assist you during office hours.
(Weekday 10:00-19:00 except weekend).

We prepare catalogs. You can get it with downloading from the URL. How to download? Windows Right click on the file name and open Menu. Select "Save as file” and start download. Macintosh Click download icon and select "Open as application” or "Save file”.

After sign up 7-day free trial, you can start immediately. However the maximum registered address will be "100 addresses" .We will set up your plan after payment confirmation.

After completing subscription, email confirmation will be sent immediately. If you have not received, the following error might occur.

If you have set up specific domain to receive a message, please add "blaynmail.com".
If you have not received email confirmation after 24 hours, please contact us.

The following error might occur.

● Incorrect your credit card number or incorrect your name on the credit card.
● Invalid credit cards.

If you would like to change your ID, please contact us.

You can change your company information from admin page however not available to change the following changes.

You can change payment method from 'Contract information - Change Plan " on the admin page. New selected payment method will be applied from next renewal date. Please feel free to contact us.

Renewal email will be sent before your contract expires.

PayPal
Renewal email will be sent 1month, 1week and 3days before the contract expires.  Payment amount, payment info will be mentioned in the renewal email.

Credit card
Renewal email will be sent 2 months before the contract expires.  Your next renewal payment will be settled on 22th of the privies month that expired.

If we are not able to confirm your payment after your contract expiration, your contract will be terminated automatically. No documents process needed.

If you have selected credit card payment, please let us know for the cancellation by 13th on the month of withdrawal. 

We will notice renewal email 2 months before the contract expires. 
You will not be able to login after contract expires. Please back up registered data if you keep it.

For Privacy & Protection Policy, we will delete all data 1month after the contract is finished. Please back up data during your contract term if you keep it.

Please contact us by email when you lost ID or Password. We will send a letter "Lost report for ID Password” so please fill it out and FAX/Mail it back. For Privacy & Protection Policy, we will not notice ID/Password by email.

You can set up sender address up to 15 addresses.

If you would like send to free email (Ex.gmail, yahoo), we recommend you to announce for reader to pre-set your address that can avoid to going to junk email box. Please contact us if you would like to use sender authentication (SPF record).

You can insert specific name or any data into email. For example, described as "Hello, __c0__" in email, then the mail to be delivered as "Hello,Kimura". You can send email with more affinity by using this feature. This function is available for all items.

Please prepare HTML by yourself so that HTML email templates are not provided.

HTML Email is a designable format because you can specify a variety of tags.

You can choose put a link directly to the URL provided by the system or put HTML tag to your Home Page. No expertise needed. Available gather reader’s database up to 34 items. You can also obtain data more than email address.

Email confirmation can be sent to both of Administrator and Customer. Also, you can select "YES/ NO" to send email confirmation. Since you can create the text freely, there are many of use such as limited special promotion.

You can feel free to edit registered data. Editing form is opt-in style that is perfect for security. It also reduces management cost.

Email address is not available to change. Please re-register when the Email address is changed.

The data can be removed in the blaynmail registration form. Once it canceled, can be selected to allow "re-register" or disallow.

As a rule for email delivery, you must notice clearly that how to remove their data. Please use one-click cancel function that can cancel by one-click on specific URL.

You can download reader’s data at any time. It also can be downloaded by group such as all registered data, only PC, only Mobile address and the address that occur error stops.

We will back up constantly however we recommend backing up by yourself when you operate reader’s data. *We will charge extra fee to restore when you lost data.

Using a CSV file, you can register databases at once. Please refer "Bulk registration” on function page

Using a CSV file, you can delete unnecessary database at once. For example, you can use to delete all data that registered to the system, the address that reached delivery error to set point, the address that receive unsubscribe inquiry.

We recommend the maximum file size is 4MB (10,000). Please upload dividedly when it slow so that maximum number is changed depends on the number of reader’s item.

Basic 19 items + Unique 15 items = Available up to 34 items. The system offer as basic 19 items such as "Email ", "Name", "Age" or "Gender".

And Blank email is also able to convert to QR code which helps to get more readers easily.
