Software Measures
Secured Server ID provided by VeriSign
BLAYN MAIL adopts the SSL protocol to secure web communication when private information is involved. When your customer enter their private information into your BLAYN MAIL system, that information is encrypted so that nobody else can take it over. Our secured server ID is provided by VeriSign and the "VeriSign Secured" mark on our website is a proof that we are using securated server.

Firewall
The database server which contains your personal information is protected by a Firewall, which completly blocks the access from unknowed source.

Secured access on every page.
Secured access on every single page of our system is assumed by the needs to submit certification on all individual pages.

Automatic log out
When no operation are made within a certain period of time, the user logs out automatically.

Clients have exclusive login ID and password to access the system.

Data Backup (triple redundancy)
All data is continually backed up (duplicated) in redundant locations using the RAID technology (triple redundancy) to ensure nothing is lost in the event of a problem.

Uninterruptible Power Supplies
In case of a commercial power failure, our data center is equipped with a redundant back-up system to ensure that the servers are never without power.

24 Hour Manned Monitoring
The data center which holds our servers is administered by actual personnel around the clock, 24/7. In the event of a problem, this means that there will always be a professional present to find the fastest solution possible.
